I would love to share one of my Easter memories as a child, but alas, I have none because I was brought up a Jehovah Witness.
ReplyDeleteWhat I would like to share is a memory I want Felix to have for when he grows up. Each year we have/will be making Easter chocolates for his little friends. He loves how he can mix the chocolate & add sprinkles, marshmallows & other yummy treats to them :)
That is the cutest xylophone! I have so many fav Easter memories and they all involve my poppa Pete. A couple of weeks before Easter we would head to my poppa’s garage and start making our Easter gifts. My poppa use to cut out Easter egg shaped wood for us kids to draw on and then he would cover it in varnish and add little hooks on them so they could be hung on the wall. It was the coolest garage in the world!
ReplyDeleteMy Favourite Easter memory would be when I was about 7 and my little sister made me an egg basket with a few little eggs and a little fluffy chicken inside. She had put so much effort into it and had written 'i love you ali' on the side :) We then headed outside for an Easter egg hunt and had to race our border collie because she was quicker at finding the eggs!!
